Photographing a Wedding in Keighley

Keighley sits where the Worth Valley meets the Aire, with old stone halls, moorland and the river close by, which gives us lovely, natural spots for portraits.

I’ll quietly cover the ceremony, from the vows to the rings, then take the two of you away for about twenty minutes of portraits.

With the Signature or Complete package we’ll pop out again after sunset for fifteen minutes of twilight pictures, and then it’s on to the dancing.

These are the venues around Keighley I photograph. Each one has its own page with more about the venue and the real weddings I’ve photographed there.

East Riddlesden Hall

East Riddlesden Hall is at Riddlesden, on the edge of Keighley, with the River Aire running alongside its lower fields. You can marry in the Airedale Barn, which seats up to 160, or in the Great Hall of the 17th-century house. See Danielle & David’s wedding.

Hollins Hall

Hollins Hall sits on the hill above Baildon, a short drive down the valley, looking out over the Aire Valley from 200 acres of woodland and golf course. The Hawksworth Suite takes up to 70 for the ceremony, and parking is free for all your guests. Have a look at Sophie & Nicholas’s wedding.

A little further up the dale, I also know the Tithe Barn at Bolton Abbey and the Priest’s House at Barden Tower.
